Nan Pazdro Founder and Chairman Nan is the mother of an 18 year old daughter with autism who is on a path of recovery and the Founder and Chairman of Beyond the Limits, An Autism Resource Connection, a non-profit organization that brings information about leading-edge biomedical research, tests and treatment options for autism spectrum disorders to people across the U.S. and monetary grants to families in Tennessee.
Over the past thirteen years, she has been unrelenting in her pursuit of physicians, psychologists, scientists and autism researchers in seeking answers for her own daughter's recovery and is passionate to touch the lives of parents and their children who struggle with autism by bringing them tangible hope through a variety of resources offered by Beyond the Limits. Nan and her husband Ed live with their two children, Amanda and Melissa, in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Lynne Farley Treasurer
Lynne is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Beyond the Limits, An Autism Resource Connection. Her professional work experience includes 21 years as a Tax Auditor for the State of Illinois Department of Revenue after receiving a B.S. in accounting from Loyola University Chicago. Lynne has served four years as the Secretary of the Columbia Township Library, previously known as The Book Station. Lynne is now retired.
